Swim School important Information
Location: 2066 Hubbard Ave.
Levels Taught: Beginner, intermediate, Advanced, and Stroke Development
(See reverse for description of Levels)
Each session is 2 weeks
Lessons run Monday-Thursday each lesson ½ hour
Total of 8 lessons per session
Lesson Times
• 9-9:30am Stroke Development
• 9:30-10am Advanced
• 10-10:30am intermediate
• 10:30-11am Beginner
*Classes will start on time, no matter how many students are there. So be on time.

• Session 2 July 6th-16th
• Session 3 July 27th- Aug 6th
Private Swim lessons available, call to schedule.
Lesson Fees
• One time $10 registration fee
• Session fee $40
Private Swim lesson fees $12 per half hour.

Swimming on Back with Support
Breath Control
Changing Directions
Personal Safety, & Water Exit
Intermediate: Introduction to water skills
Enter and exit water safely Open eyes under water
Pick up submerged object
Swim on front and back using arm and leg actions
Submerge mouth, nose and eyes
Float on front and back with minimal to no support
Advanced: Fundamental Aquatic Skills
Enter water by stepping or jumping from the side
Open eyes underwater, & pick up a submerged object
Roll over from front to back, back to front
Swim on side
Float on front and back
Tread water using arm and leg motions
Submerge entire head
Learn breast stroke, front craw, back stroke, back crawl& dolphin kick
Jump into water in Deep end
Stroke Development: Develop confidence in the skills learned and improve other aquatic skills.
Dive from kneeling or standing position
Use rotary breathing in horizontal position
Change from horizontal to vertical position on front and back
Refine all strokes. i.e. breast stroke, free style, back stroke, butterfly, side crawl.
